I tell you, this country has a seemingly endless stock of talented, tasty female politicians. Not three days into my stay did we witness the Education portfolio taken over by a certain Carolina Schulz. She's not a babe in the mould of Ximena Rincon or Carolina Goic but certainly more sightly than anyone in the UK.
